I had the chance to be at the Cirque du Soleil’s show for Kinect at E3 in 2010 and it was a very interesting experience.
This year at Las Vegas I wat at the MGM theatre to see the Kà show, by Cirque du Soleil. The Canadian troup have 7 shows at the same time in Vegas!
This one is fantastic with great technics, dance, fights, poesy, comedy and fireworks. Just a few pics which can’t describe all the show and all emotions given during it. You HAVE to see one.
Everything is in Vegas : sharks, dolphins, lions, money, pools, roller-coasters, ice bar, Venice, Caesar, Paris, Eiffel Tower, sirens, Kobe beef burger (yummy!), stars, 300+ meter tower with attractions on it, golf, amazing fountains, giants brunch buffets and EVERYTHING.
Here are just a selection of these crazy things here with the inside garden at Bellagio’s, the Stratosphere, the half-size Eiffel Tower and the Fremont Street Experience : biggest screen in the world. Many things are « the biggest thing in the world » in town.
… or Yumyumyum in English, Miamiamiam in French.
I dreamed to go the Time Square’s M&M’s store and I didn’t know there is one in LV. I was so happy to go there and buy some candies here, especially peanut butter M&M’s!
And at the Coca’s store there are special drinks with 18 different flavors from all around the world, except France… Not all are good…
In Vegas there is the Strip with big hotel resorts and there’s also an old Las Vegas, in Downtown, especially on Fremont Street.
We stayed three nights at the Golden Nugget, an old Casino, but recently renovated with a new tower added : the Rush Tower. You can watch some pics of the bedroom above, I think it’s really bigger than my flat. I love the bathroom, the couch, king size bed, etc.
Oh, and of course there’s a pool with aquarium and a slide… inside! (hello sharks). It’s so cool to wake up, get swim-dressed, take the elevator and get wet in the pool, then tanning in peace.
LV is the city of sins, of money, alcool, and dreams. I wanted to go there since years.
I watched many movies and TV shows starring the city and many thing were funny to see by myself : people gambling all day and all night, no clock in casinos, Bellagio’s fountains, shops and of course : The Strip with so many lights.
I’m also proud of me because I ride the roller-coaster at the top of the New York, New York. 107km/h at maximum speed, a looping, etc. My first time!
